RETURN POLICY

We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Our designers have worked hard to provide you a beautiful outcome when recommending products. Upon receipt, please inspect items to be sure your item is intact, and notify your designer immediately of seeing a damaged item. We must return any item within 4 business days upon receipt.

To return an undamaged lighting or furnishing item, we must abide by the manufacturer's or trade vendor's policies, and cover both ways freight charges, repack to the manufacturer's specifications, and accept charges of 30%.

Palm Beach Kitchens & Interiors does not charge a markup on retail, or procurement fees of these items for you, as many design firms do, so our handling charge to return must include an additional 25% handling charge, as well as the shipping we will have to pay, per the manufacturer policy, both to and from delivery destination.
